Définition
- The daegeum is a transverse wind instrument made of bamboo. It has a mouth hole, a membrane hole, and six finger holes on top. The extra holes, called chilseonggong, are made at the end of the instrument to balance the pitch. The daegeum is the most representative Korean traditional instrument with a long history.
