Définition
- The geomungo is a six-string zither with three movable bridges and sixteen convex frets. It has a hollow body made of paulownia wood. Three strings are supported by the bridges while the other three are open over the frets. Musician holds a bamboo stick, called suldae, between the right index finger and long finger to plcuk and strike the string. It was one of the three string instruments of the Unified Silla Period.
