Concept information
Définition
- The dangbipa is a pear shape lute with four strings and twelve frets. It is called "gokgyeong bipa" because it has a bent neck. For Chinese music, musicians use a wooden 'bal" to pluck the strings, while they put picks in the second, third, and fourth fingers. (Gugak Center, Korea)
