  • Longitudinal wooden drum from the Kongo and Vili people of the Kouilou region (Pointe-Noire) in the Republic of the Congo. Played horizontally, with a handle carved in the wooden sound box. Used for the healing ritual called ' n'assi ', for popular festivities and also used for communication
