Definition

  • Electrical signals are passed to a loudspeaker to produce sound. The signals are generated using mechanically driven signal sources. Modules and configurations of vibratory mechanisms and electronic circuitry such as transducers and amplifiers. Configurations of (electrically excited) silent, mechanical moving parts with encoded patterns and electronic circuitry. The movement enables the encoded patterns to be transduced into an analogue fluctuation of an electric current. The encoded patterns are read photoelectrically. (en)
