  • Sets of drums with tubular bodies that have a larger diameter at the middle than at the ends. The drum bodies are rectilinear, with an angular profile. They are enclosed at both ends by a tightly stretched membrane only one of which is directly struck by the player, using the hands or intermediate devices such as sticks. (en)
